The unit requiring on average from 1000 to 3000 sft of land equipped with clean water, electricity, hygiene-compliant infrastructure, and good transport access. A small-scale unit can produce around 250 to 1,000 liters per day, with potential for expansion based on market response. The estimated machinery cost ranges from ₹10 to ₹25 lakhs depending on size, capacity, machine manufacturer and automation features. With rising consumer demand for natural and functional beverages, ginger ale has strong market potential in urban and semi-urban areas, with sales strategies targeting supermarkets, cafes, online platforms and wellness stores.
