The unit will cater to hotels, hospitals, hostels, garment exporters, defence establishments, and urban households, providing hygienic and efficient laundry solutions. Suitable locations include urban and semi-urban areas such as Kolkata, Siliguri, Durgapur, Asansol, Howrah, and Kalyani, with a space requirement of 1,000 to 3,000 sq. ft. and access to water, drainage, and electricity. The facility will be equipped with industrial washing machines, hydro extractors, dryers, flatwork ironers, steam presses, boilers, and packaging units. A small unit can handle 200–1,000 kg of laundry per day, with scope for expansion based on demand. The estimated investment on machineries and facilities starts from ₹10-30 lakhs and above based on size, capacity, and automation.
